Sales & Marketing Assistant (m/f/d), 80 – 100%

We are a small, young independent company with a clear strategic direction, as well as a strong focus on customer orientation and quality. As one of the market leaders, we develop high-quality dental implants made of zirconium dioxide and sell them worldwide through an international network.
To support our Sales & Marketing team, we are looking for the following with immediate effect or by appointment:

Your tasks

• Updating the website with future events, new videos, landing pages and additional information
• Help with organizing events, from booking the venue to preparing documents and offers, as well as setting up an information system.
• Supporting the Sales reps with questions, calls, contact prospects to give further information/material
• Giveaway and print material stock management and handling
• Create in collaboration with the involved departments new marketing content/flyers
• Creating newsletters and mailing list based on the topics
• Support in other departments when necessary

What you bring along

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification / experience in communication, marketing, or related field.
• Know how to work with Canva and the Adobe suite as well as the Office pack
• Knowledge in implantology or dentistry would be an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken. Additional communication skills in French are an advantage.
• Team spirit, independence, and a structured way of working, out of the box thinking
• high degree of self-initiative, self-motivated team player who enjoys working in an extended team
