Your area of impact:
- scientific lead for innovations, assay developments and validations
- analytical processing of development projects and validations
- project and laboratory coordination for cell-based bioassays
- reviewing GMP documentation for cell-based bioassays for routine projects
- writing of documents, like SOPs, protocols and reports
- closely collaborating with customers
- developing new technologies, incl. automation
Your profile:
- profound knowledge of GMP analytics
- at least 5 years of experience working under biosafety level 2
- at least 5 years of experience in performing cell-based bioassays with adherent and suspension cell lines, including primary cultures
- at least 5 years of experience with cell transfections (lipid-mediated transfer, viral transfer)
- at least 5 years of experience in performing assay readouts such as plate reader (absorbance, fluorescence, luminescence), flow cytometry, cell imaging and/or mass spectrometry
- experience with automation of (cell culture-) processes beneficial
- experience in method development of complex bioassays
- knowledge of modern evaluation software and bioassay related statistics
- in-depth knowledge of cell biology / cell biochemistry / molecular biology
- fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
