Head Program Management

Rieter is the world’s leading supplier of systems for manufacturing yarn from staple fibers in spinning mills. We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic colleague who can start as soon as possible, as:

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans
• Manage project interdependencies and monitor performance
• Collaborate with departments on scope and strategy
• Prioritize product backlog and bridge product/development teams
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Report status and escalate issues to executive management
• Act as primary stakeholder contact for product matters

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual who excels in planning and communication, with a proven track record in management roles and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development and significant senior experience, particularly in program or project management. Experience in managing budgets is advantageous. Proficiency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus. We need a people person who can motivate and rally the team, with prior experience in a management position being a must. For this role, a travel workload of 20-30% in Asia is foreseen.
