Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten gehören
- Bearbeitung der ein- und ausgehenden Brief- und Paketpost
- Tägliche Verteilung und Abholung der internen Post
- Organisation und Abwicklung von Kuriersendungen (national)
- Bedienung des Post- und Frankiersystems
- Auffüllen von Büromaterial und Druckerpapier
- Durchführung von Erledigungen in der Stadt
- Allgemeine administrative Büroarbeiten
Profil des idealen Kandidaten
Der ideale Kandidat bringt mit:
- Interesse und Erfahrung in der Postverteilung und allgemeinen Büroarbeit
- Eine offene, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, die den täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen schätzt
- Eine exakte Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität in Bezug auf Arbeitszeiten und Einsatzgebiete
- Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Momenten ruhig und strukturiert zu bleiben
Qualifikationen und Anforderungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Postverteilung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Deutsch als Muttersprache und solide Englischkenntnisse (Firmensprache)
- Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität
- Führerausweis Kategorie B (mindestens)
- Grundlegende IT-Kenntnisse
- Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und höfliche Umgangsformen
