International Transport Coordinator

Barsan Global Logistik GmbH is a leading logistics company based in Switzerland. We specialize in providing efficient and reliable transportation solutions to our clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Transport Coordinator to join our team.

• Coordinate and manage international transportation operations, including air, sea, and land freight
• Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange shipments
• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve any transportation-related issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and expenses

• Previous experience in international transportation coordination
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and customs procedures
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using transportation management systems and software
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
