Switzerland is looking for competitive candidates like you. In this exciting role, you would be working as a Senior Consultant – Finance Strategy & Transformation (m/f/d) at Geneva location.
Your Responsibilities
- Work in a dynamic environment and provide strategic and operational advice to our clients
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas of improvement in financial processes and systems, and design strategies to enhance efficiency of their operating models. Collaborate with respective experts on cross-functional projects to broaden the value proposition to your corresponding clients
- Optimize and automate end-to-end Finance processes such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report. Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization (such as RPA, workflows) to improve and standardize financial processes
- Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models
- Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future experts in Finance and Controlling. Improve performance monitoring by implementing proper reporting, planning, forecasting and consolidation technologies (FP&A)
- Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements.Contribute to marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market
Your Profile
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance/Accounting, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in Transformation, Finance or in a comparable environment
- Understanding of the dynamics related to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and consolidation.
Knowledge of ERP system functionalities (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to deal with large amounts of data and experience with management information systems.Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Self-driven, eager to learn and proactive personality. Team player and very good communication and analytical skills.Great interest in technology, Finance processes and the development of creative solutions
- Fluent in French and English, German language capabilities considered a plus, willingness to travel completes your profile
