For our client, a renowned financial services company in Zurich, we are currently looking for reliable support in the legal team for maternity coverage for a limited period of 6 months as of September 1, 2024.

Responsibilities

• Processing of legal issues primarily in the areas of stock exchange law, Blockchain / DLT, FIDLEG (prospectus law, register of consultants), contract and corporate law
• Legal support for regulatory and multidisciplinary strategic projects
• Writing and editing issuer and trading regulations and developing them for decision-making for various internal departments and committees
• Actively follow regulatory changes in relation to the services offered and support for the resulting operational implementations
• Participation in day-to-day business in approval and disclosure

Your profile

• Legal degree from a Swiss university and 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of the above-mentioned legal areas and/or the willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with these
• Sound understanding of economic relationships
• Independent, systematic and efficient way of working with high quality standards, decision-making ability and assertiveness
• Interdisciplinary personality with a hands-on mentality
• High level of communication skills, diplomatic skills and the ability to work in a team
