- Management of development and/or product support projects within timelines and budget, according to schedules and costs agreed with supervisor
- Assure/enhance production process robustness and quality
- Assure regular reporting and adequate communication
- Assure satisfaction of the customers (internal and external)
- Assure anticipation and active proposition of solutions in development projects and structural optimization initiatives
- Pharmacist or similar academic training, PhD a plus
- 5 years of practical experience in similar position
- Expert theoretical and applied knowledge of pharmaceutical technology of solids, semi-solids and liquids and current international guidelines (GMP, ICH, ISO)
- Experience in people management and project management
- French and English fluent
